Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

Products being returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items returned without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.

Once a return or exchange request is approved, the product will be picked up within 2–3 business days, subject to service availability in your area. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

We strongly recommend taking clear photographs and videos of the package upon delivery. These may be required in case of claims related to damaged, defective, or missing products.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If a cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

After the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful verification, a refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit.

Store Credit will be issued for the product value paid by the customer, excluding shipping charges, taxes, and any discount value applied during purchase.

Store Credit issued by Bela Vora India carries a lifetime validity and can be redeemed against future purchases on our website.

No cash or bank refunds will be provided except in cases where a damaged product cannot be replaced or where delivery is not possible due to service limitations.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once the exchange request is approved, a return pickup will be arranged. The product must be returned in its original condition along with all packaging materials and tags.

After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs and videos.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund may be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Serviceable Locations

In the event that no delivery partner services the customer's postal code, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
