Shipping Process
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details on your registered mobile number and/or email address.
In the event that the contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, our team will attempt to contact you using the available details before dispatching your order.
We offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or other reputed courier services, depending on service availability in your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected orders and serviceable locations.
Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, festivals, natural calamities, operational delays, or government restrictions.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bela Vora India cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Important Delivery Guidelines
Upon receiving your package, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video and taking clear photographs while opening the package.
These records may be required to support claims related to damaged, defective, tampered, or missing products.
Claims for physical damage, incorrect products, or missing items may not be accepted without adequate photo or video evidence.
Any such issue should be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Address or Non-Serviceable Locations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.
If the provided address, postal code, or contact number is incorrect, additional time may be required to verify and process the shipment.
In cases where delivery is not possible because the destination falls outside the serviceable network of our logistics partners, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
International Orders
At present, international shipping may be available on request.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
